Registration details
All participants must be registered. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the conference organisers reserve the right to refuse any registration.
General terms and conditions are available at this link.
Registration fees include admission to the full colloquium programme (all sessions and breaks), the icebreaker event, and the gala dinner.

*The membership (€ 30) to Euromech is mandatory for all the colloquium participants. The membership is included in the registration fees for non-members.
Submission
Abstract submissions should be sent by January 23, 2026, using the provided template (download link). Each abstract should be half a page in length and include the following:
- Title
- Authors
- Affiliations
- References

Instructions for speakers
To ensure the smooth running of the scientific sessions and to avoid technical delays, all speakers are kindly requested to observe the following guidelines:
- Presentation Duration: Each slot is 20 minutes in total, strictly including time for the presentation and the Q&A session.
- Submission Deadline: Please send your slides to us by 7 April 2026.
- Format: Files should be in PDF or PowerPoint format (16:9 aspect ratio is preferred).
- How to submit: Please email your file to nolwenn.fougeron@inria.fr, pierre-yves.rohan@ensam.eu and p.r.worsley@soton.ac.uk.
